The Vodacom Blue Bulls
Founded in 1938 and previously known as Northern Transvaal, they changed their name in the 1990s', to the Vodacom Blue Bulls.
They are governed by the Blue Bulls Rugby Union, and are based in Pretoria. Their home ground stadium is Loftus Versfeld with a capacity of just over 51000.
The Bulls are one of the most successful teams in South Africa having won the Currie Cup on numerous occasions and also being the first South African franchise to win the Super 15 competition.
Many legendary Sprinbok players have come out of the Bulls breeding grounds.
