The Crusaders
The Crusaders are New Zealands oldest rugby union,founded in 1879, and by far the most successful of the teams in the super Rugby competition, having won the title 7 times in 17 years and been finalists 11 times.
They are based in Christchurch on the South Island and their home ground is the new AMI stadium, formerly Jade stadium, with a seating capacity of 36000.
This club has been the spawning ground of many an All Black player.
